He is telling so bravely that he has scammed,don't he have shame in scamming

new update: i had another chat with him, and he said he was going to send me a vbulletin and vbseo license as promised. He did send me both buth bot ILLEGAL, nulled versions :s

 

The vbull license is a yearly one isnt it? im sure they cant be transfered!
