I have problem login to my adwords account via Adwords Editor. Is there anybody else having this problem? P.S I am using Windows XP
Actually ive tried amazon before but its really hard to get even a single penny. You motivated me very much...
i get so many positve replies its overwhelming !! I try to give people help, many people ask me who just start out on amazon and adwords. Please, here in the forum in the "Adwords" forum, read the FAQ by "GuyfromChicago"...lots of good information there for people who are new to PPC/Adwords. I am also willing to give tips, but as said i get so many questions..but i will try to help anyone ! Note that you wont get this ANY cheaper than what i offer this pack (the ebook and amazonhunter!!!) right now only for DP users: $42 DP at http://onegrand.moneyflux.com/offer2.html Thanks for so many positive replies regarding my ebook and the software ! Georg.
I'm curious as to how much you earned over the past month. Did you succeed in maintaining a whopping €14k per fortnight? Tell us, Bitte!
gone down a very little, total for this month about 25k. Had to increase PPC also slightly since i see some people now doing the same (go figure)...but there is still SO MUCH headroom....i could make a fortune with VERY, VERY few products alone. Some high-value products, people clicking like crazy and there is NO competition at all
thank you GeorgR for the info, I am getting interested about this tool as well. I have watched a video clip on how to use the software and I am little confused about one part though, do you mind explain it to me? after the search using AH, you find your products, now you copy your keywords that amazon gives you and past it into your adword editor, do you always edit your keywords? if not how could be a chance that you get any impression? I did a search on amazon to see how it works, some numbers and other text are included at the end of the product name on amazon page, ( the long keyword which will be your keyword in your ad group ) and I did some search on some of these long keywords on overture and wordtracker free, the search result were zero, so it means no one ever searched for those keyword, so how could I get impression? anything I missed here? appreciate your input.
gw..i get many, many questions regarding the method..which made me aware that my book could've had way more information. In general, there are many, many ways to do this and i actually combined several methods. 1) You use only AH and copy/paste the products/keywords/ads right into the adwords edit. See my book...where i talk about "keyword juggling".....eg. you vary keywords right in AH...eg. strip brand-names, strip dashes etc. As i descibed in my book. You vary keywords a few times and then batch-upload in several runs. Btw. the one niche alone which i mentioned in the book, this is just ONE brand and a certain kind of products is incredible rich, that is there are literally hundreds of KW variations possible. Ok..i can give a hint...say "Canon AF" or "Canon USM" 2) Thats where adwords keyword suggestion tool comes into play. This is more advanced and has actually not really to do with AH anymore. I recommend "beginners" first solely focus on AH and edit there and upload - and LATER use keyword-siggestion tool to tweak and tune campaigns in adwords! why ? Because: keyword suggestion tool might give you hundreds of great KW (and yes, they DO have decent search volume) - but you dont know whether the keywords adwords suggestion tool shows are actually product which exist on Adwords !! What use has a great keyword, say "Canon AF 50mm" or a certain specific product if iAmazon doesn't have it ?!?! So...i had scripts which grabbed whatever suggestion tool spew out and run the whole list through the script. The script actually pulled and checked whether certain keywords are actually on amazon! If they were the script wrote those keywords into a file - so i knew which products were actually on amazon. Landing pages: With AH alone its easy, you dont care about landing pages, usually. But...there might be various reasons you want your own LP, eg. if adwords competitor shows up etc..etc...or for products where AH did NOT generate an ad....but you have a product found with suggestion tool which exists on amazon and you want to promote it. I wrote a script (again) which can take any keywords right from the ad of adwords, the keyword is given by adwords with the {keyword} parameter right to my script. If someone clicks on the ad my script builds a site on-the-fly, pulls the item off amazon and displays it as webpage. Also...i used methods eg. you can use associate-o-matic and build a store...eg. i have an "objective store" using AoM which has a subsection for certain kinds of objectives, say "Nikon AF", "Canon AF", "Canon USM" etc...etc... So..i can direct keywords from adwords like "canon usm" right to the AoM (associate-o-matic) store. As said i combine several methods...but i recommend first to start out solely with AH.. They "key" really is in the keywords..people look for "brandname x-124 5 6" but also for "x-124 5 6" (maybe "brandname is even trademarked, then you have to strip it anyway!!) and variations of model-numbers etc..etc...i think i at least described this ok in my book If you dont see impressions...either your KW are off...check them and ask yourself why noone searches for that terms...and also dont hesitate to delete keywords/adgroups which dont show any significant Impressions/CTR after a few days. Georg. Add: Make sure that the ads AH creates are actually proper keywords. As far as i remember AH had default templates which he calls (misleading!) "Call to action" and in this default-templates he has like "Buy [keyword]" and similiar. My observations showed that literally ZERO searches happen for keyword like "BUY Panasonic XYZ-12356"..so get rid of that "Buy" but only use the keyword itself. The "call to action" might have a place in the wording of the ad - but certainly NOT in the keyword itself!
I've tried accessing your ebook download page but it seems like you have to pay $39 for it now ? Ah, I've PMed you about the book as I see the product you're selling also includes AH .
You must be having the same password for both adsense and adwords accounts , if you change one of those password you might be able to login.
Thanks for the ebook, I have read the ebook, very interesting ebook, it seems a powerful software, I do have some questions, if you don't mind, appreciate your response, as you said in your e-book, it is better to find keywords and make variation of keywords to boost the traffic, now, lets say you found some keywords related to just one of products that you have, and you made also some variation of those keywords as well now you have lets say 1000 of keywords related to one product. Does AH let you to add those keywords to that particular product keyword list or not? Do you think that all these variation of keywords should be in one ad group? or every single keyword in it's own ad group? (I am not sure if this make sense of doing it) thanks
gw, thank you ! Use as few Adgroups as possible - external adwords editor also has a "keyword grouper" feature. Goal is to have great quality score - therefore use only a few KW per adgroup and keep every adgroup/kw sharp related to the keywords. Eg. if you have an adgroup with text "panasonic model 123" its advised not to have other models/keywords in the same adgroup which are not related. (Hope i explained it ok AH is "limited" to search amazon and create the adgroups and ads/keywords...but you can edit KW in AH and repeatedly bulk-upload ads as i described in the book. The tweaking then afterwards with keyword grouping and making extrea adgroups and using suggestion tool then you do this in adwords - basically finetuning, but this is not really related to AH anymore. You can however if AH uploaded and made an Ad "panasonic XYZ 123" use suggestion tool and then manually add keywords into this adgroups - assuming the keywords are really related and have to do with the very same product. Basically use suggestion tool afterwards to fine-tune what you already have. But as said..its advised to have as many different adgroups as possible to keep quality score low. >>> or every single keyword in it's own ad group? (I am not sure if this make sense of doing it) >>> defintly ! Adgroup/text/keyword all strongly for ONE specific and highly targeted term is best for high quality score. For example: if you have an adgroup "canon af" and you have keywords "canon af" and "canon af 50mm" it WOULD be best to have one adgroup "canon af"....and another adgroup "canon af 50mm" with ad-texts and keywords accordingly.
sounds very great ! But is it ok to make adwords campaign with a trade name or as keyword? Ive heard that many companies send solicitor by solicitor their reminders to advertiser. They must pay a lot of money. Sorry but Im a adwords newbie. Could you tell me what I need to attend there? Thanx!
keywords (if forbidden) can only not be used in the headline, i know for sure "Apple", "Sony", "Ibook", "Imac" etc. you can NOT use in the hadline - but as keyword itself! Eg. its fine to use "Sony Ibook 12344" as keyword! Always depends...eg. i know that you can use other names, like Canon, Nikon, Panasonic also in the headline! Google will "warn" you if you have a TM term in the headline..then just use the modelnumber in the headline. no problems that way.
Was considering purchasing but thought I saw an earlier post stating that it wouldn't work too well in USA due to the high Adword cost. Could you please give some details regarding this, Georg or anyone familiar with this.
Kenl, i had campaigns running for USA when i still had other projects and promoted amazon on adwords. I can not confirm high PPC costs in usa....if you consider $0.25 or so "high"...but you can always check UK and CA also ? Nice open niches there still with low competition.
hi, me a newbie in IM and adwords too. i m interested to try this method. but i have a query. can georg or someone pls enlightened me.. i try adwords before, and it doesn't allow placing affiliate links but need to have your own website or landing page. so why is it possible that i can placed amazon affiliate links directly into adwords and direct all PPC traffic to amazon website wthout needing to bypass my own website or landing page? thks..
imerickz, thats so not true. You can have affiliate links and jst use amazon.com as URL...that is, if no competitor on adwords already promotes the same keyword with the same URL - then you need your own landing page. (There cant be multiple ads with the same URL...but in general its possible, at lest with amazon.) there are workarounds: 1) with AH (which comes with the bundle i am offering) - it has a feature to spy on adwords competition. So you just select keywords/products with no adwords competitor up already. 2) Use products/keywords where there is no competitor - vary keywords as described in my book. If you juggle keywords as i describe you can come up with lots of variations and there is chance that no competitor is bidding on each and any of those, and your ad will show for those variations where there is no KW. 3) Just outbid a competitor .) 4) Use your own landing pages. There are several ways. I had adanced custom scripts which built me a dynamic site on my URL in case there is alredy a competitor on adwords. or Use associate-o-matic and make a store with the products in question and drive traffic to your associate-o-matic store for those products where there is a competitor. 5) Use other amazon market (there is .COM, .CO.UK, .CA, DE, .FR...) 6) Use other product or niche. 7) Use a site-cloner as in my "hijacker book" and clone a amazon product page and host this on your own site. Cheers, Georg.

I want to buy your produce and soft, i just want to make sure your system still works. I am looking to making at least 10K for december. I have the money to invest, I just need the right and honest guidance. Pls reply and thanks
