Two days ago I launched a proxy. Yesterday I got $0.50 per click and today I got 20 clicks and only $0.60 thats only $0.03 per click!!

What went wrong? Not 0.50 but atleast $0.20 would be reasonable.

I wouldn't worry over such a small number of clicks, whats more important is how the site performs over a longer period.

I see similar reporting on my sites on the odd days, but the average has always remained steady over a longer period of time.

Yep, you can't expect so high rates with more clicks. Average click price is much below 0.50$ in most cases. To get nice and stable revenue - you need fine traffic.

if I'd have 0.2 per click I would stay with adsense forever. But, I don't.

Guess then I should wait and watch for a couple of weeks before trying something new.

I SERIOUSLY doubt it's smart-pricing. Not two days after the site opened. Possibly the FIRST day was the fluke?

This is quite common when you first launch a site. You will see it vary for a week or so until your site gets established. On one of my sites, I got a $1.45 click the first day and after that it progress downward to around $.12 a click average. I still see some clicks as low as $.02 though.

don't be happy for 50 cents or sad for 3 cents, wait for couple of weeks to settle down and see your PPC.

The first day was probably showing less-related ads that paid more. Then the ads were fine tuned the next day.
