I neeeed paypal account!!!please

    hi everyone i live in South Africa and uor paypal here you can only send youo cannot recieve nor can you put money in it..
    sp i was wondering if it would be possible for something to open it from another country(I dont know if it works im just trying):(.. please reply

    If paypal is not there in your country then i suggest you to go with other payment processors like Money Bookers,2CO,Egold etc. Don't take any risk :(
