    My experience shows that many publishers dont always(every month) get PIP
    They simply get PAYMENT ISSUED.

    No PIP USA Midwest AND for the 3rd month in a row (never happened for the previous two years) Adwords is deducting from my account before Adsense hits my account. I guess this is to add insult to injury for 50% drop in Adsense earnings.
