Complete network of Myspace Resource Sites - traffic and revenue generating

I am selling my network of myspace related sites. I don’t have the time to focus on these sites and am looking into opening up a physical store at the beginning of the year. Until recently, the main source of traffic was google adwords. I would like to sell all sites as a package, but would be willing to separate. All domains hosted on Godaddy. Most sites have webalizer stats at bottom of page.

This site uses MSLS and was working up until recently. I haven’t touched it, so don’t know why it isn’t working. Does come with 100+ layouts.

All sites come with current content.

As far as revenue goes, it is going to be tough to decipher. I was using a combination of Link Sales, Adsene, Adbrite, AFF, Valueclick and a variety of other CPM banner companies. From February to around July, I netted anywhere between $1000 and $3000 per month after adwords expenses and Server Costs. The past 2 months ValueClick earnings have dropped significantly and I have broken about even. I can do my best to provide screenshots if someone is SERIOUS.

All sites are hosted on 2 different dedicated servers with a bunch of my other sites as well. As for pricing, I am taking offers. I am not too sure what to value these sites at.

Are all the sites 'Pagerank Established' meaning that the domain PR will stay? Also, are you selling the sites separately or as a package? And are any of the sites AdSense banned?

 

Also; how much work is involved in updating the layouts, and are the sites easy to operate?

Haven't heard the term Pagerank Established. Most sites are over a year old, so I would assume the Pagerank is established. None of the sites are adsense banned. All of them are running adsense now.

It is running on Greg J's MSRS script. All you have to do is upload the BG, network banner, and a file called code.php into a folder. Uploading glitter graphics is as easy as just uploading the image file into a folder. The script created the html code to copy and paste.

The majority of sites have a webalizer stats button at the bottom right of each page. Should have all of the traffic info.

There is proof of traffic. ONCE AGAIN, there are webalizer buttons at the bottom of each site that will give you traffic stats. I will post some screenshots of revenue shortly.

I had 3 link sales at $140 month, 1 at $175 a month, 1 at $200 a month = $795. Only 2 of the subscriptions are still active.

I still need to compile Valueclick, AFF, CPX Interactive stats as well as Adwords. I won't be able to get that info until tonight.
