What is a Bidding directory and what exactly does it do for other websites that submit to it?

 

well, as with any other directories, they are supposed to give traffic.

I think that you can better answer that question, Check your BLOG feed URL & explain us the concept of bidding directories

it's useless for now as google is penalized it heavily. UNLESS u have a very heavy traffic bidding directly then probably, it's good for traffic. Else, nth.

 

Perhaps you should read through the old posts in this forum first, otherwise this thread seems more like link bait for your article than an honest question. And it escapes me why someone would start a business and then research it after they've made their investment.

 

When you clicked on the post did you even intend on attempting to make a useful comment or did you just plan on being totally useless?
If you don't beleive that constant research goes into running a business then hopefully you are not attempting to associate yourself with anything of any value since with that type of mindset you will surely not succeed. An investment or a business is not one simple step, once you invest, the work does not stop there. You must constantly work on your business and research it.

A bidding directory is the same like any other type of directories, the only difference being that it sorts links according to bids placed on the links which enables it to be featured on the main page. The higher you place a bid, the further up the position it goes and be featured on the main page, same like the concept of regular and featured links of a conventional directory.

I want to know on what basis do you make this statement? None of my bidding directories have been penalised by Google, so I would say this claim is baseless.

 

A bidding directory is just like any other type of directory, just the difference is that the listings are sorted by bids! and this way the submitter can have better control over the position of the links that he submits, and this is the reason why bidding directories are getting so popular!

Yes I know I wrote that but I am looking to hear what people are saying about bidding directories and who thinks they are useless, I guess mikey does since his got banned from Google.

I dont understand why you are being so rude if you are a supporter of my bidding directory linkterritory.com, you placed a bid for zorg-links.com, sorry you were banned or whatever but thats not my fault, thats yours.

Maybe not banned but definately not very powerful in google.
And as for the bid on linkterritory, It was donated by one of the people who advertise on my casino directory. So perhaps you should be the one doing research. Like I said this is not what the thread is for, I understand that you like to talk to me and I also like to talk to you, but we can start another thread, as for unethical I am not going to bash you or any of your sites as i feel that by not doing so I am being the bigger person here. So please do not post on this thread unless you are going to stick to my question (the subject) otherwise you are agian, Wasting your time.
