    Is it possible to sell a blogspot's blog (including url and content) to someone ?

    Possible yes, allowed no.
    If you have a good BlogSpot blog (eg. PR, backlinks, traffic and popularity) you might be able to get some prepared to buy it. Just sell them the sign in name and password.
    You can not transfer blogs between different accounts so you may have problems if you have several blogs on the same account as the one you wish to sell.
