Another Google Update Happening - My PR gone down again

I found many big directory dropped to pr4..

 

There is no PR update. In updates most sites see their PR going up. If your PR goes down it may just be a result of Google depreciation of the value of directories that has been going on for a while.

 

This is not a PR Update - This seems to be a PR DownGrade only

 

uuuuuhuuh I can't belive that was so 2,5 y old strong site . I had so much new strong links. Only this shit showing old PR http://www.checkpagerank.com/

seems to have some pagerank update this morning...

 

No update for me or for any of my sites.

 

Problogger went to pr 4, seoscoop to pr 3.. many are dropping now.. my little site dropped second time too now.. First PR4 -> PR 3 -> PR 2.. Looks like another correction..

 

I'm really really pissed off that one of my stronger blogs appears to have dropped from PR4 to PR2 after months of painstaking link building. Bastards.

i know how it feels after months of building backlinks something doesn't work but everybody has been facing this problem

same on my directory firstly from pr5 to pr4 NOW pr4 to pr3 SUX --> link in my sig checking on digpagerank.com

Yes, its a PR downgrade day.

 

yeah .... I work really hard to incrase my PR . this is 2 yo site. Huge number of links. Unique content etc.
I hope that everyone will dropped PR

Just attacking to Paid web directories, I think.

What about that websites who sells links, how would they be treated by G ?

 

PR brings you no traffic at all
and you have virtually zero traffic on your site - hence may be time to create more content and attract generic traffic - that will sooner or later lead to more backlinks and hence to a generic PR as a side effect
your site is just a few weeks old - be patient and create more content while hoping on PR
meanwhile you may solve your html validation

It does look like its this is mostly connected to blogs and directories at the moment.

Are all the guys here who have reported drops in their PR actively selling links on the sites ???
