    Hi guys,

I have some questions about the adwords keywords price-formation and I hope I could find an answer here.
I started with a new adwords campaign and set about 10 keywords for one of my sites avatarhosting.net . The prices in the beginning were like 0.05-0.20 but then after about 1,5-1,8 impressions the amounts of all of them were increased. I set few to work on the new prices and after one day they became again higher. I set again few to be active and after a day .. again higher.
What I did was to check with a new keyword .. "aaaaaaaaaaaa" - in the first day it was 0.04 the next one 0.20 ... today 0.50 !!!
    Why the heck is that?
Also I thought if there is no competition for a specific keywords I will be able to set the amount. I read the adwords docs about the matter, but did not find explanation of this also.

If some can give me an answer I will be really thankful.
    Cheers!

You don't say what your click-through rate has been. If it's low, that's why the price keeps going up.
You also need to read up on what makes up the quality score - such as relevant ad text, relevant landing page, and ctr.

Well about 6 for 1,5k impressions.
So the prices are going up because of the low click-through rate.
Ok I will check on that.

I am concern about something .. If the clicks are more does that mean the prices will go down?
I set about 3 different ad variations with descriptions and keywords exactly for the website. I am doubt that I have to put keywords not related to the site but attractive to the searchers.

High Quality Score = Low Bidding Amount.

You need to improve the quality of the ad text, relevance and people shuld click your ad. I hope that will bring down the cost. also improve your landing page too
