why are members banned from dp?

    Does anyone have an indication of which is the biggest cause of member bans here at DP?

    I have seen reputable members with over 1000 posts and a lot of reputation getting banned. I know that many users also tried to have multiple accounts or selling warez stuff and they got their accounts banned.

    Accumulation of infraction points and creating a duplicate account are the two most common reasons to be banned from DP.

    In the case of the higher post members, it would most likely be the former. They will be back when the points expire
