How many Warnings will be given before banning someone

I want to know that "How many Warnings will be given before banning someone" and when can someone get banned (obviously when he doesnt obey rules , but i wanna know in detail)
Many of the threads that i started was closed .
Am i inching towards banning myself ? and also if someone gets banned is it possible to unban account ? am lil confused

 

I know this answer is pretty general, but I think that it is usually judged on a case by case basis.

Well i was given lot of negative points by bunch of Dp members ( it was my fault i was offering nulled script ........ they gave me negative points alright .
But is abusive comments like " Mother fu**rs " and racism allowed in DP ?

if its the case me and those guys shud also get banned for this
not only me . they repped me negative and gave me some lovely abusive comment lol ? what now ?
