Hey all, I have never had a personal blog about my life or anything like that. But I was wondering if I did start one, what could I talk about? I mean I am sure no one wants to know much about me, so what could make it interesting for people to want to read? I thought maybe every day I could list something new I find on DP or something but just not sure... Please help!
Talk about what you know about, otherwise no one will read it. I hate going to a blog and reading tips on making money online, just to find out that the writer has only made a few bucks on the internet.
Well making money has been covered so many times. I want to write about something never done before. I thought about writing a book sort of thing and writing a new sentence every day, but that would take years to complete
well, i am going to start one my personal blog ... i have one idea with "travel and people culture" so i can travel lots and this will be the topic for my blog , what you think ?
I like video games a lot, so I started a blog about video games, video game news, etc. I think it doesn't just have to be about your life, it can be about your interests. Make it something that you won't get bored of and you'll love to update it every day.
Thats the problem, everything I love is already covered over and above, getting part of the market would be hard. I need to cover something unusual that people do want to read.
maybe a few paragraphs a day...rather than one sentence... you could even incorporate it somehow where people can leave comments and influence the direction of the book...that would be neat...
Talk about whatever is on your mind. Example: I"m at the washroom other day I'm like why do i wash my hands AFTER i go?? Shouldn't I clean them BEFORE it touch areas that are meant to stay clean?? Then wash after. Random thoughts are the best you'll get people coming to hear what you have to say. Stay away from summaries of your day I went to work blah blah boring boring boring!! I love movies, so I started a movie review blog. I really should update it more though, just do it for fun really, not for any money gain or anything. I know you say everything you enjoy is covered. Well the only way to not have it covered is if you were to make up a new sport or something.

To me that really didn't matter. I made that game blog knowing full well there are 1,000,000 other ones out there. I just enjoy doing it, a lot. If you want to get rich off the blog I guess that's a whole other topic, but if it's just something you want to do for fun, then do it no matter what's out there.
