Your site looks good, very professional, I don't like the dark green colour of the template, but you can't please everyone anyway.
Snazzy looking site! I like the unique colors used for the layout. At first I thought it was beer arcade and wondered what a bee had to do with anything, but then saw I was wrong! I do have one suggestion: In the boxes like Search, Poll, Latest News, etc there is an arrow pointing down diagonally...maybe change that image to a bee or a beehive to give the site more of an overall effect. I think that would be a nice touch!
