Who to contact about member harassment

    I run a business here. I am being harassed by an unhappy customer that cannot be pleased. I have done a lot more for this customer than he deserves. Now, he bombards my thread with ridiculous posts. Who do I talk to about this?

    I know its hard, But stay cool, and try to relax,

    I have had this happen to me,

    Just use the [​IMG] and leave a detailed message .

    For example;

    "This member xxxx is harassing me on post #3, #5, you can also see him harassing me here http://www.threadexample.com/posts, and you can see that on Post #12, #13"

    The more of a detailed message you leave the better the job the mods can do,

    Acting on personal emotions will make them win, Just stay calm and do what I described above, you will be fine.

    YOu might personally contact a mod if its done extensively for a careful examination:p:D (except a few mods I won't name....:p)
