Where to find VCC in the USA????

    I'm interested in selling VCC online and i'd hope someone can tell me what Bank (or Financial Instition) in the US market these Virtual CCs.
    Any help would be much appreciated :)

    There are many VCC resellers on DP.U can contact Disguised,hellfire and some more seller.They can help u.

    I think Citibank customers can generate VCCs, also Discover cardholders
