what you show me is not islam. It is the culture of some poor, uneducated countries.

If it's not islam, maybe it's just misunderstood buddhists?

Atleast some people on this board have some common sense! Only two posters in this thread don't and they know who they are...WAIT! They got no common sense so let's just say we all know who those two are. ;)

Under the new forum rules, this thread treads close to a fine line.

When you attack Islam, you're attacking Muslims. Be careful. I don't want any of my pals in the Nixon group to get banned.

They are not attacking any religion, they are stating some facts, which can only be countered by facts. Can you call all these things unislamic? This is a perfect platform to ask these questions. If moderatores feel that people who raise such questions are to be banned then they should close this "Religion and Politics" Head itself.

It is generalization, cheap propaganda and spreading of hate !

It is similar as what Goebbels was doing during nazi regime with propaganda against jews.

Hmm... Weren't those involved in the 9/11 educated dudes? Isn't Osama himself a highly educated dude? And wasn't one of the suicide bombers in the underground bombing in London a teacher?

I think they were pretty well educated. It's not like they just got out of a poor uneducated country and as soon as they arrived in NY or London decided to blow themselves up. No, these were dudes that spent considerable amount of time in the Western world.

Dude your post has nothing to do with the post you are replying too. He talked about countries not individuals !

I wonder when will this cheap propaganda stop here. I thought webmasters are open minded people who travel a lot and seen the world how it really is.

We had TV show some days ago and our TV crew went to Syria. Those people are so kind and welcoming. Almost like Tunisians ;)

It would be good for people like ly2 to get out of the closet and spend some money on traveling around the world since it is obvious from aeroplane that some of people here are stuck somewhere with TV and didn't even went to city near them. Probably didn't even visit some foreign country to check out "live". They just see reports from telly and judge the world by holywood movies.
    Those are real cavemen....

And yet it it individuals that do that not countries.

This thing just above seems to me like propaganda on your side. Syria and Tunisia? You forgot Egypt, where you can only change your religion one way. From whatever religion to the religion of peace. The other way around it's not allowed. Egypt is a country I am talking about, a country where you have to carry ID showing your religion.

Or perhaps you should take a dose of reality and explain why so many of the muslim dudes leave their countries to go to places like USA, Canada, Australia, etc..I mean the non muslim countries. At the same time I don't see that many non-muslims especially from Australia, USA, CAnada (the West) flocking to these countries where the main population follows the religion of peace

Never picked you for the funny guy but I must say this reply is funny. :D Must give credit where credit is due. But you realise that judging by this standard, it means that at least 8 of my posts (1%) are correct. If you are agreeing with this I feel like I've made some progress with those who don't subscribe to my views.
