Would you use a free cel phone...with advertising?

Since it sounds like Google is getting into the cel phone industry and may be offering free service, but with advertising, would you use it?

I so rarely use my cel phone that I'm thinking about it as a cost savings thing.

    How about you?

    Adverts in Text Messages?

Or like before the phone call starts?

How do you mean? Adverts on your phone.. Yeah sure, if they didn't get in the way or hinder functionality

If it was before the call then it's a pretty bad idea, especially if it's an emergency and you have to sit through an advert before oyu can talk to whoever you're calling.

If it was like, a banner ad or something on the desktop, then that would be fine in my opinion

It all depends on how they do the ads, but yes, I'd probably go for the free phone. Right now I use the free phone that came with the contract. ;) I LOVE free stuff... :D

LMAO at the repeated "google" on phone.
I would consider it if the ads were limited, not overly abused lol.

I wouldn't mind having to read a few ads everytime someone text's or makes a call as long as the phone's free :D
