Question about friendblaster pro

If i would to sell a method of having this program ( Friend blaster Pro )for free ( to some extent and this is better then having the trial) , could i get in trouble for it?

Im not telling people to use Warez or hacks .

You did not give enough information to properly answer this, however I will try to give general information.

Basically put, if you are NOT the owner/copyright holder or creator of this software, then you basically hold no rights whatsoever over it, UNLESS the aforementioned person(s) have granted you some, all, or any rights, and you have these rights in writing as a safeguard for yourself.

If this software is sold for a cash price, and If you are not the owners etc mentioned above, and you take ANY action whatsoever to allow other persons to make use of or acquire and use this software for free, to the harm and detriment of the said owners etc., then technically, YES you could potentially invite some serious trouble into your life.

As I said, I am giving brief general information because, you do not give enough information to give a greater and more accurate response.
It would really depend what you meant by 'selling' and 'having this program for free'.

 

What i meant by my first post was : Would i get trouble if i gave a way to other people to use the program withouth any restriction for free instead of paying 50 $ to get ahold of a license?

Well the only way to give this software without a proper license is to create a crack/autoloader hack to remove the trial limitations. And I'm sure that's not permitted..

 

My method is no hack or crack its more of a bug or malfunction of the program but i guess by what krispy told me its still against the law.

 

the bug has been fixed in 8.5, however i have cracked it myself.. anyone who wants it can pm me, ill gladly give it out for free

Are you allowed to send out more than 400 friend requests using Friendblaster and not gett deleted?

 

You can but they wont get added to your account.

Nope unless you very very good and know what you doing but even then i doubt those people will share that knowledge, best if you just create loads of accounts. And add people that way.

 

I have been using FriendBlaster Pro for the past 6 months, it was all fine and dandy until recently. I used to send 500 requests per day just fine.

FriendBlasterPro is basically useless as of March 2008. MySpace requires you to type in a captcha on just about every request! This means that if you want to send 500 requests per day, you're pretty much shi* out of luck unless you want to sit behind your computer for 10 hours per day and do it like that.

I wonder what the creator of FriendBlasterPro plans to do about this. He has new updates kind of frequently but this is one thing he has not been able to fix. He charges good money for this program, I wonder if he will do refunds?

 

I'm really glad cheero bumped this topic and posted about the captcha update. I was about to buy FriendBlaster, too...
