If you're hungry - who do you usually run to to make you something to eat? Do you make your own plates or do you go to a fast food restaurant and have them cook for you?
I was a chef for year, yet I'm too lazy to prepare my own food. Usually I have a bowel of good 'ol cereal or toast if I'm at home. If I'm really hungry I'll make an ommlette. If I'm out I buy a sandwich or salad.
There's a McDonalds that's literally 100m away from me, so I'll usually go there. Do I walk there? Heck no! I figure if I'm already killing my insides with fat and oils a 200m walk wouldn't have any real benefit, so I drive.
When I am hungry, I usually have a stash of instant noodles lying around my house or at my office so I don't have to go out to buy snacks.
If i'm hungry but not too hungry I manage eating anything at home... but when I'm really really hungry... I go out to eat something (restaurants, fast foods)... Or sometimes i order pizza...
provide me witha kitchen full fo stuff and see what I can do with all that!!! man I am fond of making food. So simply speaking I will prefer my own hand made food.
It all depends. If I'm already out, I will stop and get some fast food. But I don't do that often since I am really trying to watch what I eat. If I am at home, I would never leave the house just to get something to eat...
