More then helpful. Now if people would actually pay *attention* to what needs to be done. :)

I wouldn't have turned my company into something thats bringing in 1k plus a day if i didn't know what i was doing and its only been 8 months.

I think there is many more since the article has drawn so much attention I think I'm going to work on it a little bit more like I stated. Plus I need to go more over the contextual linking part because contextual links is a must for every website owner if you ask me. (the perfect links)

Thanks for the article, I enjoyed it, lots of good info.

My favorite way to build links is to hire someone to do it for me.

Very general, and not at all helpful. This doesn't actually say much or anything. And it's very poorly written. :(

Contextual are the ones worth the long hunt IMO, you manage to get 10 contextual popularly placed links and they will probably do the same thing as 100 small out of context links.

and 1k a day? what are you doing robbing old ladies? (jokes)

Ok my bad, I see what you was asking you was wanting to know more info about Google's Trust Rank. If you check out our blog you'll see some more valuable information in there just do a search trust rank.

Another way of building trust rank up would to purchase permanent links, links that will age as time goes on. For example your buy contextual links and there permanent well they could set on the blog for 5+ years, and they would really carry some major bang value.

Things like that can build your trust rank, and old domains of course. Just get links that are permanent or from high quality website. Just takes time and patience.

    Why not :)

The more focused you are in on your ROI (Return On Investment) and things to that nature, such as keywords, analytics, and the whole 9 yard you'll be on your way :). Thats the idea stay focused and give it time and patience.

I would like to add that when posting a link to an article in a forum and/or blog setting that it's often beneficial to give more then just a one line promise of a good article and the url of the link.

Such things just stink to spam in my book, and if I ever saw a post like the one I quoted in any of the forums I moderate I've have deleted it as spam. The same applies to my blogs. And not once would I have clicked the link, as there is no reason too other then a short line, which may or may not be true.

I mean, the way I look at it, that is most certainly NOT the "Best Way To Build Links in 2007" especially with all the spammers that are still around.

I've ranted about this to several people, and finally wrote a thread about it here. As in my opinion it's best to give a short snippet of the article, or a brief summery so that people can tell for themselves if the link with worth it or just the spam it looks like.

Even if the article is not yours, I generally find that it can do better for both the article you are posting and the site you are posting too to give at least a little something for the spiders to eat other then just three lines ~ as that's hardly a snack.

    *shrug*

Your post contains some good pieces of information. However, few more techniques could have been added therein.
