    my paypal is limited...in resolution center it says resolve by adding a credit card..however when i try adding one it says you cannot add a card as your account is limited...wtf this means???any ideas??

    That is weird. It usually said the card is not recognized or something. Maybe country limitation?

    Paypal is ridiculous. I had to have a lawyer threaten a lawsuit for them to clear my limited account.
