are you nominating grim! please be clear, thanks!:)

also i want some opinions for the final thread:

    1) Should the final poll be public?

Please give your opinion along with the reason! thanks!

I think so, it would make it a little more interesting to see who votes for who... Just like how Sammy pie nominated all females; I found that interesting :)

Hmm... I don't know... I'd say one per person... It's going to force the votes to think harder before casting their vote...

    You mean chest! right:)

i really doubt it, as getjimmy may again run away with the votes!

in most elections, votes are made private, so that people can vote more freely, but then am also in favor of public votes!:)

that's what i also want, but let's see what others have to say on these!

I strongly feel that it should be private votes. People will be more inclined to vote honestly if they know that others won't be able to see who they are voting for...

And I could go either way on the multiple choice voting. Is there a way to allow people to vote for their favorite 2 and no more than 2? That might be a good compromise. It was hard enough trying to narrow it down to 3 people to nominate. Now to try and narrow it down to voting for just one would be even harder... IMO

Why is it embarrasing to vote for certain people? :).

Also, I don't know whether it would be possible to nominate privately..

I never said it would be embarrassing to vote for certain people. I just think people might be more honest if it wasn't public. They would be able to vote for who they think really deserves it most instead of going with a "more popular" vote...

And I didn't say anything about private nominations either... Uttoransen was asking for people opinions on how the final voting should be conducted...:)

I just edited my post to make my responses more clear. Sorry for any confusion...

In my opinion,it should be a Private voting with each member allowed to vote for 1 nominee only.
