The missiles were supposed to be taken to Louisiana, but the warheads were supposed to have been removed beforehand. Yeah that's what I thought when I read it. I read that 70 people have gotten in trouble for not following the proper protocol in this situation.
This incident CLEARLY SHOWED that a single person can wipe out a city or more in US with American nukes. Just because he is pisssed at somebody.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry about this one... I mean come on??? They accidently transported them?? How does one get a bunch of nuclear warheads and a B-52 bomber accidnelty into their possession?? This story reeks of not making the slightest sense in the world. I jus really do not know how else to look at it. And should they really be punishing those who had the nukes and B-52 bombers in their possession, or should they be punishing those who were supposed to be in posession and keeping the nuclear warheads secure... if these airmen that accidently transported them got into possession of them and strapped them to a B-52 bomber, than who the hell else could do this also??
