have around 400 dollars in paypal and want to withdraw

i want to withdraw 400 dollars from my paypal account but i'm in a country where paypal is not allowed. actually i don't use paypal of my own but receive payments on paypal of my friend. now i want to withdraw my money but it can't come to me then. what else method i can give a try?

You can add a VMI card as US bank account and then withdraw your funds to the ATM card. Ypu can then easily cashout the funds at almost any ATM worldwide. If you need any more info about the card just PM me, I will answer asap.

You cant be sure that these things always work

VMI card can be bought only from resellers, and cost anywhere about $12-$25 as each reseller buys this for $10

 

you can buy stuff from ebay and have them shipped to you lol thats another way of getting ur money's worth but its just a suggestion

 

Just use XOOM and transfer the money in your bank account simple.

Normally this doesn´t happen (don´t tell me it does because I created sooo many different countries accounts and successfully added the card etc.). But I understand you: you want to sell your much more expensive card ;-)
