Call to undefined function: iconv()

    hi, I keep getting this error on a script I just installed: "Call to undefined function: iconv()" then it gives me the file and the line of the code

    here is the code:
    does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    my site is running on php version 4.7

    It look like that script requires the iconv module to work. You might want to conect your host about it

    it seems like I got access to shell...but I don't have a clue on how to install that module...can anyone give me a step by step proccess?
