worldwide paypal withraw using a debitCard is it possible?

Is it any possibility to have a debit card visa to wich we can withdraw paypal funds worldwide??

If you are from the US, you can opt for the Paypal Debit Card which you can use to withdraw anywhere in the world.

 

Worldwide is not possible i think... as there is some rules with the banks that visa has to follow... where are you from??

 

and if i'm not from USa
i mean can any one from any country have a Debitcard to withdraw his paypal ?

very easy way to verify that... just add your debit card... you will come to know after adding if it accepts or not... paypal automatically will tell you...

Just add your debit card first... if it accepts then you can see... further

 

If your debit card is denominated in US$, then you can surely withdraw, but if its not, no possibility.
