Ranking #2 on MSN Membership Site for Sale!!!

II have a membership site that I am looking to sell because I am way to busy to promote it. After one day of promoting it, I had 4 signups, but I am busy with an offline project I am working on right now. Basically, the site is custom scripted but can be easily modified. It is setup on a Joomla platform currently, so it is a great site for beginners and those that are experienced.

Currently, the site is scripted like this:

For those that want to sell their business they can list for free
For those that want to buy, they have to pay a membership to view sellers
Also offers a featured front page listing to sellers for a fee.

I did a survey with some business brokers and they said they would pay for a site like this, because there would be many more business listings than pay sites that require sellers to pay such a high fee to list in many cases..

When sellers sign up for an account, they cannot see the other's details... so it is a secure site. I currently have it setup for PayPal, but that could be modified as well.

Basically, the site shows some basic info about the businesses for sale and blocks out relevant info such as contact information. My intention was to build up a huge community of sellers that list for free using craigslist and other sites like that. Most sites like this make the sellers pay... Once again, that was just my idea and could easily be changes, but someone that wanted to devote a bit of effort could make a nice profit.

The site is geared toward restaurants and bars, but you can add any category.

The site is www.secondsplease.com. This site does get a small amount of traffic and I have had some reasonable offers on the domian name alone.

I would be happy to set you up with a demo account. I wanted to let you know that I have been offered $200 on the domain alone. I know estibot isn't all that accurate but it says it's worth $1600. The coding cost me $400 so I'm looking for break even at $600. If you think something in that price range is acceptable, let me know, and I will send setup the demo accounts for you.

I have set the buyers as free (regularly $14.95/mo) so you all can demo the way the site works. Please feel free to register a test account and view how it is setup. Remember, only the buyers accounts (normally a paid membership), can view the entire listings.. The sellers (free accounts) cannot see the other seller's listing...
