    I am interested in buying revenue generating website which strictly meets following criteria

    i) Must have min 15 month revenue record.
    ii) Revenue should be only from contextual ads (adsense only) or CPM ads but NOT from affiliate sales.
    iii) Site should be family friendly.
    iv) Must have traffic from Google.
    v) Revenue on average should not be less than $300/month.
    vi) Site must have original content NOT service sites like proxy sites.

    Mong, what is the typical multiplier you are looking to pay for such an established website with established rankings and traffic as well as consistent growth in revenue sites ?

    It will be pure bargain as it should be - because there are lot of factors which play differently from site to site.

    Mong...ur such a god.....OK..hows this grab you.....18month old site....NO PR...adsense income ave $25 per day...marketing $140 per day...consistant $6000 per month productsales...UK buyers of the product.....little work...I'm just bored of the site.......u seem such an uber god that you MAY be able to afford this site u stud :)

    Well, as i mentioned in first post i would love to buy site generating revenue from contextual ads but not from affiliate sales. ;)
