This site will auto generate the documents you need to request information from various government agencies such as the CIA and FBI. You don't have to fill out you information on the site. You can write it in by hand after you print the documents.

I think a lot of people on this forum are going to be very disappointed to find out that the government couldn't care less about what they say or do.

The point is, if you think you're so important that the government is keeping a file on you, now you can easily find out.

Unless you're such a danger to the government that everything they've collected on you is classified.

You think if the government did have secret detailed files on you they would hand them over because you managed to print something off the web?

What if you don't have an FBI file on you but by requesting your file you get one?

Right, you can request information federal government has on you, except if it's classified. They are required to comply per Freedom of Information Act of 1974, and also per Privacy Act. For most people, there is a few hundred files kept by various agencies. To learn how to request it, google "A CITIZEN'S GUIDE ON USING THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT AND THE PRIVACY ACT OF 1974 TO REQUEST GOVERNMENT RECORDS".
States have a similar law as well. At least mine does, but I am reasonably sure that all do.

It doesn't force them to do anything. It politely asks them. If they don't want something released they just deny it's existence.

My guess is Experian has more info on all of us than the FBI... Credit reports reveal a heck of a lot more info than most FBI files... And most times, they are FREE!!!

Experian ain't got nothin' on me. Credit card mafia would go bankrupt if they depended on me to make a living :D

Even if you religiously use cc or give your SSN whenever you can, it's nothing comparing to what government has on you. Surveilance is crucial for a totalitarian regime

Most of the time. Freecreditreport.com is a major ripoff and is being investigated by several states for misleading business practices.

Unless you've paid cash for everything, they do.. ;)
Doubtful.. I know you think it is funny to make silly claims that your government is spying on you, and you've lost your liberty, rights, etc.. I've heard that bunk over and over.

Please produce proof your claims for once.

    That's why I like findfreecreditreport.com better.. ;)

Wow. If you have one, they're not going to tell you. And if you don't have one, they tell you no. So no matter what, there's nothing.
