    that pic is not nudity, nothing showing.
    Friendster will never get banned from any ad network no matter what the pages show. Even when I have confronted google with examples of exact content on large blogs they dont say anything. All they care about is the money. Easy to ban small sites right before you get to the 100 payout than the sites making 10000.00 a day.

    I agree with you, maybe the picture is not considered as nudity because no exposure involved.
