    hi guys,

let say we get the fund in paypal from someone called X and we transfer the fund into our 2nd account. When X chargeback us, do will our account be negative (because we already moved the money into 2nd acc)?

    Thank you very much.

You never know. I had a payment like this when I moved money to another account and even deleted that unverified account (money was originally sent to) but after a week my friend got an email investigating that chargeback. So IMO it depends on Luck, if you are lucky enough you will save your money.

Of course when there is a chargeback, your account would go into negative pending investigation. If there is no way of getting the money back from the customer, as a merchant you would bare the lost in which case you will need to top up the amount.

A negative account would get you into a lot of trouble since it is against Paypal contractual agreement to maintain a negative balance account.

I have never had such kind of things before and i don't think when some one charges back it will become negative.I think the person who will charge back would be told by paypal that his funds couldn't be recovered
By the way,are you thinking to scam any one by this trick?;);)

Well, it is hard to say. Once there is a chargeback, I believe the onus is on the merchant to prove delivery of product by furnishing the delivery documentation and invoices. Failing which, the buyer would usually have his way.

The best is to ask Paypal.

Don't ever do this no matter how tempting it is since it is against Paypal AUP to use it for currency exchanges. The one who offers you knows about it and try to entice you into it and then once you do the egold transfer, they will raise a dispute and get their money back.

You have no legal rights to get your money back since it is in violation of Paypal terms.

Only do this if you want your paypal account terminated or limited and you enjoy endless problems.

You take all the money...lol :)

If there's a negative balance, your account will be limited until you deposit enough funds in your account to make a balance of at least ZERO.
