Some questions about an idea

Hi there all,

I have some questions about an idea what i'm thinking about.

I have a nice domain to start up a "warez" forum. Now some questions about it:

- I saw on different webmaster forums that their selling advertising space on their forums. Whit this i mean other warez forums. In fact is this legal because i thought that warez wasn't legal?

- In which countries do they accept such a forums?

- Good idea or bad idea because this is a niche that is also verry popular.

- Anymore ideas or suggestions?

Who can give some help or suggestions?

Advertising is legal.

You will need something uniques to be successful, like releasing rare warez, not generic crap.

 

Yeah i know but if you start a warez forum is that legal because in Belgium it's not legal?

In most places it is illegal if you package the files or host them yourself.

 

so if i read between the lines you can have a forum where you say where you can find the downloads

I guess so, torrent trackers have less problems than cracking groups but torrent trackers still get some problems. Not hosting them yourself it just a good idea to avoid problems.
