    I didn't understand how to do it!!!!!! :(

    Go to your User CP -> Edit Avatar.
    Once there you can choose to add the URL of your image or upload it. Avatars can be no larger than 80 x 80 pixels or 19.5 kB.

    Edit: Kerosene just beat me to it :(
