How much are you earning with ValueClick Media on your arcade sites? And with how much traffic? Reason I ask is for comparison. My arcade has around 3800 - 4000 uniques per day and is only making around $4.50 - $5 a day. I have the medium, rectangle, banner, vertical banner and some pop unders displayed on the site. I hear from people with around the same traffic but are making much more than my site. My CPM rate is average.
whats your page views..? your CPM rate is not average...thats below average far below, what is it? 12-13cents/1k uvs?
Arcade Sites are not considered quality traffic and therefore don't get the high paying ads. I would say it's pretty normal for an arcade site.
I make more than that with CPXinteractive. And I only have CPX up on half my site....working with too many networks...lol. So, I'd say I make this with about 1500 uniques....just guesstimating. 9,720 impressions made me $9.24 yesterday 58,135 impressions made me $71.30 Have you tried CPXinteractive.com yet?
I am currently running it also. I had 11,224 impressions and 74 clicks and one conversion. Made me $1.25
Thats what I actually used to make with one of my smaller arcades, You could try adding the medium smaller rect somewhere as well
There's better networks out there than VCM and CPXinteractive when it comes to earning from CPM. For VCM you earnings seem about right. If you had a different niche then you would have had slightly higher earnings and if you had a higher CTR then you would also have had higher earnings from VCM. What I can see is that maybe you are not having a 100% fullrate which I would think is the case and therefore you are wasting a good percentage of your traffic by showing public service ads. The overcome this you will need to join some more networks and then tier them. Not sure if this will help you, but there is some cpm networks here.
I have CPX Interactive set as my default also. So I don't have PSA ads showing. I've tried Tribal Fusion, Casele Media and some of the other tougher to get in networks and was rejected. What else is better out there?
Maybe it is because you have low clicks. I thought earnings were primarily CPM with CPXinteractive, but I guess not. I had 9720 imp. 474 clicks & 4 conversions = $9.74 I am using popunders and banners. Which are you using? You use adversal also, correct? Or not on your arcade? I don't do so well with them...make about $3 per day. Have you tried Onads.com? They are CPM. I get paid every Monday to paypal. It's not a high earner, but they do pay. It's a 100 x 100 arcade ad. I see you already have some 100 x 100 banners on your site, so it would fit right in.
Also, I'm going to mention that looking back at my status. There were a few days a few months ago where I would be getting 4000 uniques or so (same as now) and my earnings for that day will be around $11. but now, I am averaging around 4000 uniques per day and my earnings are only around $5. I never noticed any big change in my CPM rates as since the beginning, I've always kept all CPM campaigns above $.20. I was making around $3 with 1000 visits.
