It says, "such programs include, but are not limited to.."

My word of advice to you is to stop whatever illegal activity you are doing and comply with the Google Adsense terms of service.

Whatever you were doing recently to cause this.. I would stop it immediately..

Were you pushing your sites on some surf sites?

No that is near impossible and has been proven here in this forum by myself.

It is nearly impossible for anyone to harm your adsense account. Google is very good at finding who is responsible and how things came to be.

I didn't realize google actually gave out warnings for invalid click activity?
Is this the norm or only specific cases?

Its a warning rather than a ban. I think they realise people sometimes get click bombed through no fault of publisher.

You should remove the adsense code until you can determine what is causing the invalid click/impression activity do your account with Google doesn't get banned.
