class canceled, yet you forgot?

man! I woke up this morning (or afternoon) at 1 pm when my roommate came back from class and woke me up.

i was like !!! crap, i gotta get to class, so i sit up and change fast then i run out my room to get to clas.

i get there, and my ta is standing outside looking in like wtf?
and then i realized...class was canceled >_<! teacher said it last time but i forgot

wasted my efforts running/walking...waking up

 

That happened to me once. The class was on the 4th floor of the building and I felt like I was in the "twilight zone" when I walked out of the stairwell and the hallway was empty.

 

oh, THIS class was on the fourth floor of the building too

But, it wasn't empty, since my building isn't a one class building! geeze, is yours? :-p
just kidding

 

No it wasnt, but it was on a Friday and I suppose there wasnt another class on that floor that morning. Most classes were on the first two floors

 

Its the opposite with me. I would stay in bed when i need to be on the lecture.

 

oh, i only wanted to go to class so i could brag about my perfect test score since only 11 people got it out of 300, i felt it was my place to brag, otherwise i'd be doing the world an injustice

 

Were you not worried for your life?

I'm a teacher and once I went to uni as usual. when i arrived at the classroom, no students there. I wait for a while, still no one. after 15 mins i went to the dept to check and they said the class was canceled due to uni activity, but nobody informed me.... really wasted my time.
