I-trader Rating number can be deceiving

I just wanted to make a point to everybody real quick. I notice a lot of people with very high i-trader counts and then a lot of times I will see that person is banned, or being accused of not delivering on their promise. So heres my point...

Just because someone may have a ridiculous I-trader rating (xxx+) does not automatically mean that person is 100% trust worthy. A lot of members get these ridiculous ratings because of receiving I-traders from giving away free stuff or vice versa. ALWAYS check that persons I-trader and see what they have sold and visit there sales thread, that is where you will most likely find (if any) the disgruntled customers...Just because you don't see any negative I-trader, doesn't mean there are no unsatisfied customers around..many people are afraid of leaving negative I-trader due to retaliation.

Getting banned doesnt always mean it was related to Buying/Selling.

    Agreed!

You can't leave itrader for something which you haven't paid for or it is in freebies section buddy.

    BTW wrong category ;)

Yes sometimes - or should i say most of the times members are banned for a temporary period for minor offences like bumping threads, etc.

No I wasn't scammed...been doing business too long on the internet to be an easy target.

I didn't know you couldn't leave itrader for freebie section..That is good...However there are a lot of I-traders going on for exchanges, such as in the link exchange section etc
