Do you know what is social bookmarking? What data you are talking about? In social bookmarking, how the data can be duplicated? If you mean the sites he/she used for submission, then it is openly available in all over the internet. so you cannot say the others copied from you/your SEO company. I can see you are posting similiar posts on many bookmarking/directory submissions threads here. If you have any concerns with the people do business here. You can contact the admins of this forum.
