    The site I want to sell is http://www.babesbattle.com It is pretty new still but I have no need for it really because I am not going to promote it anymore. Assume no revenue and minimum traffic. Registered at namecheap. No backend, you just upload new images through ftp. Check google for more information :)

    It is called photo battle script. I customized the design to fit the script and added the user and upload features. yes the upload feature works for registered users.

    There is no adult content so it is adsense safe.

    hosted on my vps

    You just add new pictures into a images folder on the server and they are automatically added to the site.

    What I meant was that there is no administrative backend.
