if i generate the adcode and place on another site of mine will i be banned frm the adsense program>?

 

No, account is for one person, not single site. You put code generated in your account on every site you own.

Yes, that's the main thing ... all the sites that you put your adsense code on must comply with the AdSense TOC. If one of them, your adsense account could be banned!
