matt cutts and google spam

Hi;

Matt Cutts is the person who is at the head of google web spam team.

Do you think that Matt Cutts had success about decreasing web spam? or

Do you think that google search quality has increased?

Let me say that my opinion:

Matt Cutts did not get success about web spam.

For example check site:www.schoolsurf.us . (before you click that Pls guess the indexed pages)(Let me say that. This PROXY (= CHEATER) has 122k indexed pages). I have reported that web site 3 times but that PROXY (= CHEATER) continues to increase its indexed pages.

It's a web PROXY (= CHEATER) site which is created by Matt Cutts (It's just my opinion) .

Matt Cutts has created an internet worse than the old

i dont have a problem with matt cutts and in fact, he looks cute or sweet person. i think he is choosing wrong priority to focus

the decisions of matt cutts is effecting all of us and in my opinion , he is protecting spammers with his decisions.

It's probably not him personally. There are hundreds of people working at Google that look after these things.

The site has a lot of pages indexed, but it doesn't have any ranking in serps, and has very little traffic.

What bothers you ? That it's a mfa with a lot of pages indexed ? There are tons of those around. Everyone wants to make a quick buck. Let them try ... it doesn't affect you

 

you are completely right . i'm not happy with the performance of the google web spam team and matt cutts is the most known person of google web spam team. i have write his name because of this.

i'm sure that any of the google web spam team can explain site:www.schoolsurf.us (122k CHEATED PAGES) and i'm sure that there is more than one similar PROXY (=CHEATER) site in google index.

No, of course not. But Google does a very good job in decreasing spam in their own search results.
trichnosis, Google cannot decrease web spam in general because they dont own all the web sites in the world.

 

Indexed pages is not traffic, so I think google can index as many pages as it can or want if it manage to sort them properly. The problem with spam is when such pages are on top of SERPs.
The site you are talking about contains only duplicates and I don't see how it could get good rankings.

 

Matt Cutts is only human and so are the spammers. Even if google controls spam today, there will always someone who will find a loop hole to beat their filters.

So I think it is not fair to say what you have said.

it's not their web site. those are 1000s of cheated pages from 1000s of people and google is only watching that

 

Yeah, I believe so. I think Google should kill many spam websites and of course, websites who selling links. They promised to filter paid links but lots of my competitors are still ranked in the top 5 even though they used so many paid links. Sux.

So it's Google against the spammers. Matt Cutts and Google against thousands of spammers (cheaters) . Both sides are fighting. It's a tough battle.

So Who is winning? maybe someone should start a poll.

 

Well, in every department there are certain counts of people working on it. And Matt Cutts is their spokesperson on that department.... so all the blame will directly going to Matt, but it is not for him alone that is for the whole department.

 

I think Google has done a much better job than MSN or Yahoo at keeping spam out of their results.
