Sorry to hear of your loss dcristo. Both of my grandparents (both mum & dad's side) are still going strong. They're actually really healthy -- my granddad still manages to run the annual half marathon up the coast and does really well in his age category (over 70s).

I have just one left. My grandmother on my Mom's side. I lost my grandfather on her side 13 1/2 years ago Even though I have just one left, we consider ourselves very fortunate My children are all mostly grown and they have had the pleasure of knowing, growing up with, and being close to their great grandmother, and my 2 grandkids are enjoying whatever time God is giving them with their Great Great Grammy !
