Is that legal to display images

    Is that legal to display someone else's (ABCD) copyrighted images at our website.

    When we are putting a (C) ABCD, and giving a credit to Mr. ABCD.....

    But what if we give them credit for the images.
    We are going to display a (c) ABCD with that image, cant we do that????

    You still need to have their permission. Otherwise it will be illegal.
