    I have to say the USA. Every time I've visited the States I've met with nothing but kindness and hospitality. Britain is not particularly friendly (we don't like foreigners) but we're positively 'American' when compared to the French.

    Japan is a very polite country, but I cant say that it is very hospitable, politeness does not equate hospitality. Australia is good, kinda more relaxed and hospitable, that is if you come as a tourist, not an immigrant :)
