It would be if it was true. That's not what I wrote. I wrote that he is polling at 2~5%. His odds of winning are much, much higher. Those polls only include likely Republicans. Paul will begin troop withdrawals immediately, and as the Commander in Chief of the military, he'll have a lot of say in how the brigades move. I've watched a lot of footage, and I am anxious for you to show this clip, because it will prove you wrong. Paul said it was foreign policy when allowed to rebut Giuliani. The CIA supports this, the 9-11 Commission Report supports this. Giuliani, despite his 9-11 credentials had apparently not even read the 9-11 Commission Report. But please post it, because a lot of people need a refresher on bad foreign policy and it's unintended consequences. And the argument that he was blaming Americans is ridiculous unless you support everything every President has and is doing. If you have zero criticisms of Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan etc. and support their decisions wholeheartedly then I will buy that you believe that criticizing policy is anti-American. But if you think that Presidents are fallible, and government makes mistakes, then you have to consider that bad foreign policy could be a contributing factor to our poor relations with the Islamic world.
I think they make a big deal about the guy winning & changing America because they are deluded, your right he has no chance at all.
it is the message that is attractive. considering the entusiasim of his supporters he will have great turn out and might have a chance the front runners are not good at all .unless you need some one to tell you lies rudy is a divider and he had a chance to fix things after the first attack on wtc and he didn't do nothing
Because that is the American dream. As written before, I'm not sure you understand American values. We're not NWO citizens yet, we still are Americans, home of the free, land of the brave.
I've been around a while (which is another way of saying I'm old ) Ron Paul's message fits so neatly into the messages of quite a number of past candidates who were either independants--or who ran from a perspective so different from the prevailing interests of the party--that they should have been independants. I always like that perspective. I think our party system is somewhat cracked and often makes for bad government and bad laws--doesn't matter which party is in power. All these independant types have failed to win. I guess the closest any one of them ever got was Teddy Roosevelt and the Bull Moose Party. (and that one way way predates me). They are typically noble campaigns. Sooner or later one will catch on. Maybe its Paul's time. (I'm not for him--but I like some of the stuff he says.) anyways to Paul and his supporters->keep up the good work.
some information about rudy http://rudy-urbanlegend.com/ he has a confrontational nature, which can make dealings with him exhausting. Most New Yorkers were strongly opposed when he tried, after 9/11, to have his mayoral term extended, even by a few months. even the fact that he tried is proof of the fact that he should not be the president http://www.economist.com/blogs/democracyinamerica/2007/05/firefighters_against_rudy_giul.cfm http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...&cd=1&q=firefighters+against+giuliani&spell=1
"The International Association of Fire Fighters, a 280,000-strong union, is about to release a video featuring New York fire-fighters accusing him of making decisions that led to the deaths of their colleagues, and of prematurely trying to shut down the search for their remains." ~~ No one with credibility has every said anything this bad about Dr. Ron Paul
rudy is not good at all he cheated on his wife his kids do not support him he tried to extend his term, frightening he was responsible for kerik and clinton has so much on him to bury him in the poll
Thanks Big Earl. It's less about Ron, and more about the Revolution. Ron Paul Revolution! Legalize the Constitution! Ron Paul Revolution! Legalize the Constitution! (new rally and march chant)
Why don't we support people who have the right message? Thats why we have become a nation of sheep with two parties and little options, because we want to vote for the most "popular" guy. sheeeshhh....GWB
Rob, if you have kids, and these next few Presidents continue to jack the system up, are you ok with having done nothing, not even making a stand for change? I know you're not happy with the system, Dr. Ron Paul can cure your apathy. Don't not vote, and don't vote for the lesser of two evils, find someone you can stand behind, even if they are third party.
That's what Americans will do, they probably just don't like Ron Pauls girly (no direspect to the ladies) foreign policy & message.
I wish there was another Theodor Roosevelt. He's the only president of the 20th century that was any good. Damn Wilson, damn Taft.
Roosevelt was a good president, Taft was as well. Damn Wilson for sure. He sold out America to the bankers.
Taft was a fat man who couldn't decide on anything. Better as a Judge. Franklin D. was not a good president in my opinion. Had Ted been in charge during the Great War there'd have been no second edition.
