    Why anbody can hack yahoo messenger

    so you can know who is Online, delete My account from my friend contact list,..............:D:confused:

    there's a lot of programs and sites to check if this ID is online Or Not

    and a lot of programs that can delete your ID from your friends Contact List :D

    I also receive lots of spam messages, which when I consulted with someone were viruses... these are links written in foreign languages

    !!?? Even my oldest yahoo account receives like 10 bulk messages or more a day...

    It's as if Y! is spammer and hacker-friendly...

    They probably hacked your account, not yahoo. Hacking that would be extremely difficult :p

    that's true. it happened to my brother's ym id few days ago. but he tracked it down and changed his settings as well as his password immediately. he can't even see if his contacts are online. any remedies?

    Some of you sound like old hat Yahoo people. Why don't you have Y! Tunnel yet then? It's been around for years, and eliminates a lot of that madness.

    It's a must if you actually hang out in Yahoo chat for any period of time.
