How to Promote a Proxy site?

Hello guys Im new on Proxy site and still looking on how to improve it, and maybe later i can develop a new proxy if ever that my first proxy succeeded.

I just want to ask you guys how to gather traffic to my proxy site or how to promote it the right way.

I tried posting a bulletine with a .info site, but it plainly won't work. The .com's work. I tried many things like using "
&#46&#105&#102&#111" for .info, but it still doesn't work. It translates .info as "..".

Anyone experience similar problems?

Perhaps you could try using a redirection service to mask the URL, something like TinyURL.
