Do you have a lot of programs running on your PC 24/7? If so, what are they?

I always have the following programs running:
Itunes
Mozilla firefox
MSN

My computer isn't on 24/7, but when I do have it on, I always have:

Mozilla FireFox
iTunes
MSN and Xfire.

Pretty similar to yours.

Whenever My PC is on (mostly 9-10 hours a day), Firefox, MSN Messenger and the Antivirus is on everytime.

sometimes i leave firefox on, sometimes i dont, becomes a real ram whore.

Windows I leave my computer on weeks at a time. I usually have FireFox on with two tabs: The Digital Point, and my DP profile. I have Windows messenger and yahoo on also. Any one know if keeping it on so long with over heat it?
