    Windows XP Services are controlled by registery keys, this creates reg keys to edit them. A alful lot of people change there services to get higher speeds etc, I know for one that I will be using this site often. It's running a unique script and has a lot of research behind it to make sure it all runs great. Windows XP does not have a feature to edit more than one service at a time, this enables users to do so. Over 60 services listed.
